Can I have a back-up power system if I cannot have solar?

Yes, this type of system is called an Inverter back-up Power Solution which consists of one or multiple batteries as well as an inverter, and would supply power to essential appliances (lights, plug points, Wi-Fi routers, and PCs) seamlessly in power outages.

Eskom power keeps batteries charged prior to power outages, which then provides a power supply for a limited amount of time during grid down-time.

Can I start with an inverter/battery and add solar panels later?

Absolutely! All our systems are modular and can be expanded on as and when necessary, or when additional capital becomes available. Solar panels can be incorporated into an Inverter and battery system, and similarly, additional panels and batteries can be added to an existing setup, as long as the batteries and panels are the same size as the ones on the existing system.

Do you provide financing options for your solar installations?
We do not finance systems ourselves, however, we do partner with Versofy who offer flexible payment and product options for an array of solar solutions. We are one of their preferred installers and you can apply for your solar solution here.
What brands do you offer for the solar solutions?

Greenrich Batteries

Greenrich batteries are specifically designed to store energy either generated by solar panels or form the grid and convert it into usable electricity for your home or business. They built to last and are designed to withstand harsh weather conditions, ensuring that your system remains functional even during extreme temperature fluctuations. What sets Greenrich batteries apart is their use of advanced materials like carbon nanotubes and graphene, which improve the battery’s performance and make it more efficient. This means that Greenrich batteries can store more energy, last longer, and deliver more power than traditional batteries.
Additionally, Greenrich batteries are designed with the environment in mind, made with eco-friendly materials and they have a longer lifespan than traditional batteries, reducing the need for frequent replacements and ultimately reducing waste. The batteries are recyclable and do not contain harmful chemicals like lead and mercury, making them a safer choice for both people and the environment and an excellent choice for those who are looking to reduce their environmental impact.

JA Solar Panels

JA Solar is a leading manufacturer of high-performance solar panels. Their panels are known for their efficiency, reliability, and durability and are made using high-quality materials and advanced manufacturing processes to ensure consistent performance over the life of the panel. JA Solar offers a range of panel sizes and wattage options to fit a variety of residential and commercial applications. Additionally, JA Solar offers excellent after-sales support and warranties, so you can be confident in your investment.

What inverter back-up power solutions are available?
Consisting mainly of battery and inverter, our backup systems supply power to essential appliances (lights, plug points, Wi-Fi routers, and PCs) seamlessly in power outages.

Eskom power keeps batteries charged prior to power outages, which then provides a power supply for a limited amount of time during grid down-time.

Key Benefits:

  • Limited time power supply to essential appliances during off-grid hours
  • Seamless transfer of power in outages
  • Integrated into existing distribution board (DB)
What solar back-up power solutions do you offer?

A solar system generates electricity by use of solar panels to harvest the sun’s energy in the form of DC power, which can then be used to provide power to a home or building. The panels are connected to batteries and an inverter, the batteries store the DC power for later use and the inverter converts the DC power into AC power which is then distributed into your home’s electrical system, powering lights and appliances.

Key Benefits:

  • Extended time power supply to essential appliances during off-grid hours
  • Seamless transfer of power in outages
  • Integrated into existing distribution board (DB)
  • Clean energy production, with no carbon emission or excessive noise
  • Reduced Eskom dependence and continuous day-light production of energy, providing more energy security and independence, particularly during increased number of loadshedding hours.
  • Reduced electricity bills due to the independent generation of electricity
